Located next to Indah Coffee Co. and Circa Barbershop this redeveloped office/warehouse was transformed into a modern, functional space that preserved its industrial character. The redevelopment was our fourth project completed in Cottontown. Originally home to Columbia Presbyterian Church (CPC), the space served as the church’s base until its congregation recently outgrew the location. Timing aligned for our nearby tenant Behavior Co., a mental health and wellness practice, to expand into their second location, continuing the building's role as a key part of the dynamic Cottontown community.
