Cason Development Group is redeveloping the former Piggly Wiggly at 3818 Devine Street, situated at the corner of Devine Street and Kilbourne Road along Columbia's iconic Devine Street corridor.

The 34,000-square-foot development will be anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market, a grocery specializing in fresh, natural, and organic foods. This will mark Sprouts' first location in the Columbia market and only its third in South Carolina, joining existing stores in Greenville and Simpsonville.

Devine Crossing sits at the heart of some of Columbia's most beloved neighborhoods along a corridor. The development will also include an additional 15,000 square feet of upscale retail and multi-use space, with leasing handled by commercial real estate firm TSCG.
