5th & Sloan offers thoughtfully designed one and two bedroom residences with flexible layouts to suit a range of lifestyles. The community attracts a balanced mix of young professionals and families in a well-connected, walkable neighborhood.

We welcome a wide variety of residents, but we do not accept undergraduate student applications at this location.

We offer one and two bedroom residences with multiple floor plan options to match your preferences.

Utilities & Fees

Monthly utilities

  • $30 water
  • $50 cable & Wi-Fi
  • Power billed directly through Dominion (in tenant name)

Refurbishment fee

In place of a security deposit, we charge a nonrefundable refurbishment fee of $400 for a 1-bedroom & $500 for a 2-bedroom unit. This helps cover standard cleaning and common wear-and-tear repairs.

Parking

A $50 one-time fee covers the parking permit and dedicated resident parking around the building. Free parking is also available in the complex and in the overflow lot on the corner of Rosewood drive and Howard street.

Pet policy

Pets are welcome. A $350 nonrefundable pet deposit applies, plus a $15 monthly pet fee.

Leasing Details

Lease terms

Lease terms range from 6 to 15 months. Pricing varies by term length.

Availability

We’re happy to help you plan ahead. For move-in dates more than 60 days away, availability is confirmed once we are within 60 days of your preferred date.

Reserving ahead

Units may be reserved up to 30 days in advance once the lease is signed. Please ask if you need a longer hold; options can vary.

Renter's insurance

Renter's insurance is required for all residents. A minimum liability coverage of $100,000 dollars is required per occurence with the landlord listed as a party of interest.
