Cason Development Group strategically acquired 930 Rosewood Drive and restructured the site to maximize its commercial and industrial potential. The parcel was subdivided to accommodate a new Murphy Oil gas station at the front, enhancing the property’s accessibility and value. Behind the retail component, the existing 32,000-square-foot warehouse was retained and re-leased to East Coast Metals, a leading regional metal fabrication and distribution company. This project reflects Cason’s expertise in site optimization, blending retail and industrial uses to support Columbia’s growing economic landscape.
