Chris joined Cason Development from Clean Harbors, where he served as Senior Director of Finance, managing financial operations for its United States Industrial Service businesses generating $800 million in revenue. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Thompson Industrial Services, Amick Farms, and SCANA Corporation, gaining extensive experience in financial reporting, forecasting, strategic planning, and risk analysis.

A licensed CPA, Peake earned both his Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting and Corporate Finance) from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in optimizing financial performance, leading acquisition integrations, and implementing data-driven decision-making processes. He lives in West Columbia with his wife and their child. A South Carolina native, Chris enjoys hunting, fishing, or enjoying the outdoors with his family.
