Patrick DiMarco joined Cason Development Group in November 2023 as a Development Associate, where he oversees investor relations and contributes to real estate development initiatives.

A native of Altamonte Springs, FL, Patrick earned a degree at the University of South Carolina in Marketing and Management from the Darla Moore School of Business. In 2023, he further expanded his expertise by completing an Executive Education Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Development from the Rice University Jones Graduate School of Business.

Patrick’s leadership skills were honed during his time as a student-athlete at the University of South Carolina, where he played football from 2007 to 2010, serving as a two-year team captain. Following his collegiate career, he played 10 seasons in the NFL with the Chargers, Chiefs, Falcons, and Bills. Patrick was a three year team captain, earned All-Pro honors, a Pro Bowl selection, and an NFC Championship title. Throughout his career, he was also recognized for his philanthropic efforts in the communities he served.

After retiring from the NFL, Patrick returned to Columbia, SC, in 2021 and spent two seasons working with the USC football program. He remains actively involved with the university, serving as Vice President of the USC Lettermen’s Board and as President of the NFLPA South Carolina Chapter.

Patrick and his wife, Kirstin, have four young children and are dedicated members of Eastminster Presbyterian Church. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, exercising, and coaching his children’s youth sports teams.
