In partnership with Appian Investments, Cason Development Group has initiated construction of a 217,000-square-foot Class A industrial building within the 38-acre Shop Grove Industrial Park, located off Shop Road near Interstate 77 in Columbia. The park is well-suited for wholesale, light assembly, warehousing, and distribution operations. PODS has pre-leased 62,156 square feet of the building, with the remaining space available for future tenants. The project is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy by the end of summer 2025.
