Will Higgins joined Cason Development in December 2025, bringing a strong background in real estate accounting. In his role, Will supports financial reporting, analysis, and operational oversight across the company’s portfolio, partnering closely with leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that supports strategic decision-making. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, with majors in Finance and Real Estate and a concentration in Data Analytics.

Following graduation from the University of South Carolina, Will began his career with CAHEC Management, Inc. and quickly progressed to Accounting Manager. In this role he supervised a team of property accountants and promoted the successful financial operations of a portfolio consisting of over 16,000 Affordable Housing units.

A lifetime native of Columbia, Will is an active member of First Presbyterian Church and involved in the church’s Foundry Ministry and Gateway Sunday school class. Outside of work he enjoys playing golf, spending time at the beach, and attending Gamecock sporting events.
